Having recently moved to Vancouver from Edmonton, Elaine enjoys exploring everything that this city has to offer – especially the food!
In addition to eating out, Elaine also enjoys cooking and reading about food – both of which are covered in this blog. Elaine’s other interests, such as gardening, green-living, and DIY projects can be found on her other blog Sneaking Mole Garden. She is also trying to refine her photography skills.
Elaine has been working with post-secondary student leaders for about 10 years. She lives in the Vancouver area with her husband Chris (who is a sometimes-contributor to parkerpages) and their dog, Hershey.
